VR headsets – The last step toward Holodecks are coming. Sony, Valve and Oculus all have some type of VR plans in development, but we just got word of when the Facebook subsidiary, Oculus VR with release this much anticipated platform early 2016. We just want to see what games this thing will support.
I love new hardware! The only thing I love more than new hardware is improvements to new hardware. Through I have no doubt that the Apple Watch, through developers and OS updates with prove a most useful tool, as a notification and fitness tracking device, it doesn’t offer any compelling reasons to jump in at this point. I’ll wait until the 2.0 version comes out a year or so from now.
Update: Rockstar release a video giving us a look at the PC Exclusive Rockstar Editor mode. Perfect for Machinima and stunt reels. Damn you @Rockstar…
I look and the photo above and it just makes me cry. I want to cry for two reasons. One, I want to cry because it represents what happens when art, science, design and technology come together to create digital beauty; truly “art in motion”. And two, I want to cry is because I already purchased this game twice, versions of which span both this and last generation of consoles.
That being said, the PC looks amazing. Full 60 Frames per second, 4K (and beyond) resolution, video capture mode as well as new cars, weapons and modes. You can preload the game now on Steam ahead of the April 14th release.
The new iPhone is here. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus to be exact. New for this year are the 4.7″ and 5.5″ (Plus Ver.) screens, 8MP Camera (Optical Image Stabilization; Plus Ver.), A8 SoC, M8 Motion coprocessor, NFC, VoLTE and improved battery life. Price points are the same and come in 16, 64 and 128GB variants of Space Grey, Silver and Gold. While the Plus version is too big for most, the iPhone 6 is the best iPhone yet. Go get one. Apple
